A.R. Builders is a family-owned developer and homebuilder based in Pasadena, Maryland.
For more than four decades, our team has built individual homes and complete residential communities across the state. Today, father-and-son leadership keeps the business moving forward while preserving what made it work in the first place: direct relationships, practical judgment, and accountability at the owner level.
We are intentionally hands-on. Buyers work with a tight-knit team that understands the homes, the sites, and the decisions behind them—not a call center or a chain of departments.
